[Sca-cooks] Recipes for Mass oven cooking

HI all, well the burn ban is going away so we can use the large brick oven
at the bakery down the road.
So far we are going to make pizza (to feed the cooking crew), bread, a stew,
perhaps some flan.  (October 5th is the date in Olympia WA)
Are there any recipes you have always wanted to try in a mass oven.  These
are the type that you build up the fire for many hours, then sweep it out
and bake things in the very hot oven.
Looking for  ideas....
