Thank you!  I'd like to say that I'll be baking up a batch tonight, but I have
5 pounds of sausage mix sitting in my fridge, waiting to be stuffed.
(Actually, it's more than 5 pounds, because I added 3/4 pound of suet.)  And I
still need to start making the peach pits I promised...
