See if you can find some of the plastic packages that the sell fresh
herbs in at the upscale groceries.  One of those and a silica-gel
packet inside a padded envelope might work with overnight shipping.

Note that if you're going to ship via USPS then you can get a lot of
shipping materials delivered to your door for free just for the asking
