Too much oxalate in your leafy greens, not enough nitrogen in a low-meat
diet, not enough acid... leads to calcium oxalate stones. You could cut down
on the coke - the phosphoric acid is really bad for your teeth, not to
mention the sugar.
I understand the "ethical" reasons for vegetarianism - I just disagree with
them from beginning to end. We're evolved to be omnivores, and we are
generally at our healthiest with a properly balanced diet, with nutrition
from multiple sources and of many varieties.
