At one point, I was threatening to be the kitchen steward for an event.

I.E.: the person who knows where the supplies went, which kitchen they are
in, makes sure the right dishes are in the right kitchen, that we have the
shire equipment, that the breakfast crews get stuff cleaned up for
dayboard and dayboard cleans up for feast, that feast cleanup happens and
the dishes get back into the proper places and the shire gear gets packed
up. Also liasing with the bartender about getting stuff in and out of the
beer cooler (most people in my shire don't have a clue that it's a majorly
big favor that the site is doing us by letting us fill the beer cooler
with food) and getting ice if necessary.

Someday I may do it. *shrug* Or not.
