  Thanks for the feedback on this idea so far - there's a lot to consider here.
  While insulated drink coolers would be useful for keeping sauces/soups warm, I also want the ability to cook the sauce/soup without taking up priceless stove burners.

  What about using crock pots after the sauces are cooked?  They will be kept at serving temp, and may even be  "simmered" to reduce volume.
