[Sca-cooks] OT - atkins custards

People in my home have been doing atkins and I've made some very nice 
cup custards that they can eat when other folks have dessert.  I use a 
quart of cream, 4 eggs, a little vanilla, a little nutmeg, and splenda 
for sweetening.  Make them in little glass custard cups in a bain maire 
and keep them in the fridge to serve at appropriate times.
