Nothing like the lovely pinging sound the seals make
on your canned goods. I just finished putting up a
batch of zuchini relish. Yummy stuff. Funny how
everyone always says they have so much zuchini, but
when you say you need enough for 10 cups shredded for
a recipe they say, maybe I don't have THAT much. And
it was 105 deg outside the day I finished that up.
