[Sca-cooks] medical plus part two

Selene and I each donated about five weeks ago -- but I can't donate 
till November, having a) made a double red-cell donation, and b) had 
shoulder surgery two weeks ago.  We donate at Cedars Sinai -- not the 
closest center, but the most comfortable -- they have comfy 
recliner-couches with attached televisions and headphones, nice people, 
and give movie tickets for donating.

We then took some friends to see Pirates of the Caribbean with the 
saved-up tickets, and pointed out how appropriate it is that I taking 
them with tickets bought with blood! <grin>

OBFOOD:  So, which do you prefer, apple or orange juice, and don't you 
wish they'd stop trying to give you stuff from concentrate?  Also, what 
sort of cookies do you prefer?
