I have some and didn't have any problem using them. I plan on using them 
more extensively in the next month and will let you know what I think. I 
just SILPAT sheets for candying. One set that I have that I have not 
used is a set of pyramid molds which I plan to use for a head table 
luncheon dessert. I rather think they might be rather interesting to use.
