there are three places that serve edible food at the food court....
and only ONE of them was remotely period and that was Phils.

if they repeatedly violated rules, well.. the rules are there.  but i dont
see how the food court will keep making money for anyone (Coopers or not) if
they keep reducing the amount of edible food.

pity i couldnt usually eat at Phills, due to my allergies..... but it always
smelled good....
