Ah, Doc, I gotta tell you tales of the Chocolate Cheesecake lady. As a
medieval cook, she made a wonderful chocolate cheesecake ;-)

I'm really sorry I missed you- Brusten told me he was about to introduce you
when I got called away. If the timing had been better, I have no doubt we'd
have had a lovely gossip ;-)
