Unless you are trying to ship a huge amount of stuff, you are probably
better off just mailing it. For the last two years or so, they've
allowed even non-merchants to mail things directly to Cooper's Lake for
Pennsic. Much easier than catching a ride to pick up stuff at the UPS
office or having mailing your stuff to someone off site, both of which
I have done. There is a post office box at Pennsic, so you can mail
your stuff home. Some restrictions and time limits to be aware of,
which I will be happy to discuss off list.
You would need access to a car to pick things up from the railroad
freight office, so this would also avoid that. If you can arrange for
someone to pick you up at the airport, which is about an hour away, it
would keep you from having to rent a car which will spend most of its
time (and your money) sitting in the parking lot.

Not as humid or as hot as Lilies War, though. Or the first two Gulf
Wars in Mississippi. In *June*. An hour from the Gulf coast.

Yes, but Pennsic is a big thing to miss. Try it once and see. You could
come for just a week instead of the entire time. Some people do camp in
motels offsite and commute in each day.
