[Sca-cooks] opinions on stoves please

Hello,

I am now starting to look for a new stove top for my new house.  I currently 
have a 48 inch Dacor duel fuel.  It's very nice and it performs well when it's 
working but the maintenance guy is out here every four months or so.

The new place will have double wall ovens and the cooktop is on the island.  
So, has anyone had experience good or bad with any of the high end cook tops?  
Must be gas.  

I replaced the six burner Jen-air in this house, I didn't like it.  It was 
electric and it couldn't get a big stockpot boiling. 

Any thoughts would be appreciated.
