[Sca-cooks] beans won't cook

I LOVE cooking with bean flour.  If you make pintos into flour, you can 
make "instant" refried beans and such.  Just stir some dried onion, 
cilantro and bean flour into boiling water, and in 5 minutes  yer makin' 
bean burritos!  My K-Tec grain mill makes short work of any kind of bean 
(or rice or grain of any kind <g>).
