Greetings,

I have no great claim to being an expert, but I have cooked a goodly bit out
of Welserin and am in the process of dissecting Guter Spise. If I can be of
any assistance I would be happy to help in any way I can (from a distance
unfortunately). One thing I have found is that the German is similar to the
Spanish in that it seems nothing is ever cooked once! :) Cook it, then cook
it again. Must be humoral.

I am fairly confident that you want to do your own interpretations of the
dishes you select, but if you need anything pre-redacted my work is open to
you.
