Creamed baby onions are wonderful.  You can find pearl onions in sacks on
sale this time of year.  Parboil in a bit of water or stock, then add the
sour cream and seasoning and bake gently.  MMM, memories from before I gave
up dairy.

Shopping at Costo pre-thanksgiving, my sweetie picked up a 2qt tub of
sour cream- anybody have a recipe or something to use this up before it
goes green on me? Can sour cream be parceled out and frozen for later?
Frugal minds need to know!
