[Sca-cooks] sour cream uses - OOP

actually, when i was a kid helping mom make stuff that needed sour cream, 
she always save a bit for 'cooks' treat' for us...

sour cream smeared on a piece of rye or pumpernickle bread.   beats the tar 
out of peanut butter and jelly!

sour cream sugar cookies are good too....
