[Sca-cooks] Shuks and Bazaars was Preserved (Pickled) Lemons

I'm from Boston. As for the lion its the traditional symbol of the tribe
of Yehuda, the lands of the tribe of Yehuda include Jerusalem. So we use a
lion in our civic heraldry here.
