oooh, good idea, i can send home some oblaten when i am in germany in 
feb=) make them like lebkuchen, on an oblaten base=)and top them with a 
glaze, also like lebkuchen=)

wonder if you could make peanut lebkuchen...substitute ground peanuts 
for the regular nuts...
