Oh man Stefan, that's evil. I just went there (mentally) when you suggested
it. A nice p-nutbuttery cookie with a thick layer of chocolate icing
artfully smeared on top. *drool*
Or how about p-nut butter cookies cooked until they are just set, allowed to
cool, and then enrobed in ganache. Aren't most p-nut butter cookies egg
free? You could roll the dough into balls and chill them, then dip in
ganache. It would be like a truffle with a p-nut butter cookie dough center.
Not for shipping, but it would taste goooooood.
Man I am hungry now.
