Extra eggs? Or set them from the baking pan onto thin circles of chocolate 
(perhaps on wax paper) and let them set up there.

Or . . . bake in a muffin pan, then transfer into a second muffin pan with 
chocolate to make peanut butter cupcookies. :-)
