wish you could have been here... roast loin of pork with garlic,
rosemary,  olive oil, apples and onions (a most savory sauce with white
wine) garlic mashed tates for me, maple marshmallow (ick, ick, ick)
sweets for him, creamed onions, stuffed mushies adn brussel sprouts.  no
dessert needed.  hubby proclaimed it the best yet!  i was quite happy...
as in stages, it pretty much took all bloddy day for two people!!!!!!!!!!!
