Okay. Well, I've only cooked a turkey once for the family. In this 
case, since I cooked it in the roaster it cooked much faster than 
anticipated, so it got plenty of time to rest. And even then the cheese 
rounds for the toasted goat cheese salad got overlooked in the freezer. 
They are still in there. Maybe I'll have one tonight. But not with my 
homemade dressing, as that is gone.

Well, no one was really demanding about when dinner would be ready. *I* 
just would like things to come out at the right temps and times.

Maybe that is the answer to Adamantius' question about the vegie 
plates. The vegie plates act as a time buffer, as well as filling folks 
up on the cheap stuff. Now with all the prepared foods for regular 
meals they are only needed for the holiday ones. :-)
