Apparently, Koreans also stir-fry it with thinly-sliced pork, beef,
or chicken. I've had it done with pork, and it's quite good. You have
to figure, what could be better than pork with sauerkraut? Why, pork
with sauerkraut with garlic and chilies, that's what!
