[Sca-cooks] cooks guild gear

Our local cooks guild has, over the past ten years, put together a
really nice set of cooking and serving gear.  Our target feast size was
160 - so serving things for 20 tables.  Recently we realized that due to
breakage and various other losses we're way down from that and
petitioned our barony for funds to bring us back up to par.  So my
question for this august group is:  What would you consider the highest
priorities for cooking and serving gear?  Got a list?  What can't we do
without?
