[Sca-cooks] OT: cold and flu

well, I had a sore throat when I came home from Birka, which I put down to
the usual causes (merchants tend to talk a lot...)
but after a couple of days I found out I had a killer attack stealth cold.

I felt ok until evening.. went to bed sick, and woke up with the full
rack.... stuffed head, ears , sinus
coughing, .. the whole Nyquil (tm) advertisement.

anyway, I have been taking cold meds that have let me breathe.. sort of..
but tended to knock me flat on my ....<ahem>

I am mostly getting better, but still pretty miserable.

prayers and workings for my continued healing always welcome.
