English Printed Cookbooks During the Reign of Elizabeth
 - Johnnae llyn Lewis
A bibliographic lecture featuring reprints, facsimiles
and copies of Elizabethan cookbooks. with handout.

The Regimen sanitatis Salernitanum (The Salerno book of health)
 - Dame Joan of Caernarvon
A discussion of the basic textbook of health throughout the Middle Ages.

Roundtable on the state of "medieval" cookery, authenticity,
 research, and feasting in the SCA - Johnnae llyn Lewis, moderator

Coffee History through 1600
 - Sayyid Bakhtiyaar al-Rafiiq
Come and learn about the history of coffee.
 This class includes historical information as well
 as a demonstration of how to brew Turkish Coffee. Limit 10.

Menu Writing & Budgeting for a Profitable Feast
 - THL Sorcha O’Branigain (sorcha at celticwomen.com)
Learn how to itemize ingredients to figure out how much
 to charge for feast and to find out how to make a profit.
 Class includes discussion on basic ways to decide on a menu and how
to organize scheduling of food preparation
to make your feast run smoothly. Handout of forms and formats included.
