Yes, that's possible, but I'd think they'd also get such a huge range
of molds, fungi, and bacteria that the stuff would just plain go off.

I've changed so many diapers that a little pee doesn't worry me a bit
(my eldest seemed to be under high pressure when he was a baby and
would often hit the ceiling the instant he was uncovered).  Projectile
poop of course is a whole 'nother matter.
