how about breakfast buritos.    cook your potatos ahead of time freeze them,,
  cook  bacon or / and sausage ahead of time crumble and freeze,   then
scramble eggs on site. mix all together and heat.  flour tortillos (sp),
put out cheese,and salsa,    and let them build their own.    prep time
approx 1/2 hour. easy to fix and easy clean up

only 1 pan to wash.
