[Sca-cooks] Info on holding cabinets and portable hotboxes?

you can keep a large amount of stuff hot in your
standard ice chest.I've9;ve packed
pasta,rpotatoestoes,even soaps.it's food grade plastic
so on problem there.
as for hot box and such you may want to think about
renting.resterant supply and party supply place while
rent almost anything you need and most
delisometimeometimre you don't even have to cleOK
themalwayok not alwas cheap but some thing to
consider.
oh,most all of theequipmentsed equpment.
renting is a good way to try stuff be for you buy.
