Greetings to the list!

My name is Ekaterina Stepanova doch' Novgorodskaia, although most of the
people around here just call me Kitty.  I am interested in Russian cooking
primarily, although in my ongoing quest to give my little sister the
opportunity to camp authentically, I'm currently studying Japanese cooking.

Does anyone have period sources for Japanese food?
