Well, those problems are not ones that are generally a problem with web
publishing. If you would like to have that article published without the stuff
that was scissored out and with the reading list, I would be happy to consider
it for the Florilegium. It could also be updated with knowledge that you've
gained since then. Or, since my standard policy is to accept updates, and it
is more easily done on the web than in print, I could take what you have now,
and you could update it later.
