Is anyone familiar with this book, I have seen a copy for sale
and am considering it:
CONCORDANTIA APICIANA by Angel Urban, copyright 1995.
A Concordance to Apicius' "De re coquinaria and Excerpta a vinidario"
with an Analysis of the Lexikon.
Is this a new translation? I have Flower & Rosenbaum and *ugh*
Vehling.  This is over 500 pages.  Anyone recommend it?
