Well, it looks like we're getting organized here in Atenveldt. Do you folks have suggestions on maybe what not to do in setting up a guild, so we can avoid problems?

A Meeting on the idea of a Kingdom Cooks Guild

Greetings,
I am most pleased by the support shown for a Kingdom Cooks Guild.  In
hopes to seeing it become a reality I would like to hold a meeting
with ALL interested at the War on Wednesday the 12th at 4pm at the
site were War Classes will be held.

I am sorry it needs to be on Wednesday but, looking at the schedule
for the rest of the war it seems this time and at 3 am on Sunday are
all that is open for most of us.

This meeting will discuss how you would like the Charter to be
written.  Some things to think about:
1) A ranking system..do you want one?
2) Do you want Officers of the Guild ?
3) How often do you want to meet?
4) Goals

and many other aspects......

at this meeting these and other questions will began the process that
turns an idea into a  reality.

We will be discussing the results of this meeting at the A&S
Roundtable on Friday.

If you can not make the Wednesday meeting please let me know your
thoughts and ideas (e-mail me)

I humbly ask that you contact all parties who would be interested in
being part of the Guild who are not online and tell them of this
meeting.  The Guild is for all.

Please, let me make this clear this meeting is the beginning.  A
Kingdom Guild requires many things to become a realty.  The most
important aspect is YOU!
