>Or should i just stay here, in this nearly perfect place :-)

One thing I have learned is that there is no perfect place.

To give you some background on my experience to say this:

I was born in Greece, at 12 *days* old I moved to Quebec. Before age ten,
I had lived in Quebec, Belgium, Greece (more than the 12 days), and
Senegal. I travelled a lot, and moved a lot until age 19, but at that
point i went to Ontario, three hours north of Toronto. I moved quite a few
times in the following years, including to the Far Ontario North
(Hearst). I travelled Australia for a year. I worked in Nova Scotia for a
season. I lived in Chicago, IL for 5 years. I am now in Savannah, GA.

What I've learned over the years is that nowhere you go is perfect. In the
end, what counts is the people that surround you, if some basic needs are
filled. I left Chicago because I couldn't not physically handle the cold
and snow/slush.

Savannah is wonderful, intimate, historic. Hot. And in the bible belt. I
have no less than 15 churches on either side of the street, within 6 blocks
north or south of me. This is a bother in some ways (for example good
christian ladies petting me on the back saying "poor thing, I'll pray for
you"). It also gets tremendously humid. OTOH, cost of living is fairly
low, lots to do, etc.

you will always find somewhere else where the pasture is greener...
