[Sca-cooks] OT, OOP: Where to live?

I would suggest San Diego.  While I have never
lived there, I am told it is cheaper than LA or
SF, the temperatures there are milder than LA in
summer and warmer than SF in winter.  And
it has a lot of cultural entertainments to offer,
including the Old Globe Theater in Balboa Park.
