[Sca-cooks] OT, OOP: Where to live?

I live in Oklahoma, right next door to Texas. I like living in Stillwater. It's a larger city, with a small-town attitude.  We're close to cultural activities in Tulsa and Oklahoma City (about 1 hour away), not to mention activities on the Oklahoma State University campus.  But it gets so hot in the summer! And there's not much to buffer the winds.
