I don't know if this will work for tenderloin, but I do a 2 to 2 1/2 pound
boneless pork loin at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes a pound, or to 150
degrees internal temperature. If you wrap it in bacon and turn it a quarter
turn every 15 minutes, it will stay very juicy.
