Hmm, what's the difference between putting your hands in a glove that has
loose fibers that gathers nasties, or pushing the chair?  you still have to
wash your hands...

Besides, it's not only an issue of wheeling out of the kitchen.  Say you
want to go from stove to cutting station to fridge and back to cutting
station...  Dropped food.  Gets on wheel, wheel turns, gets on your
hand.  Done, have to wash hands again, whereas were you walking, you
wouldn't flinch at the thing :-)
