Well, no, not yet, not exactly. The push is to get these devices in
public areas/ large work enviorments: they've proven themselves on air
flight, & airports, so *Soon* AED's should available wherever there may be
a need for them. It may be a while before rural areas can afford them in
major public areas. May prove too big an expense for a "major Barony."

Yep, and the actors on the Red Cross Video are believeable.
