    Here's a different question:  I bought half & half on sale, and froze
what I couldn't use in a week's time.  Unfroze the cream {in the fridge}
shook VERY hard, poured it into my coffee to see lumps & an icky film form
as the coffee cooled.   There goes a good sale, unless is there something I
can do with the cream.  Suggestions?
