Well, by my count, the Philipino cooks won. Recently, Margali and I went out
to an all-you-can-eat lobster buffet, and that was the deal I made her- I
got the heads, she got the tails. I actuallt prefer the claws, tomalloy,
roe, and legs to the denser, heavier meat of the tails, and will quite
cheerfully make anyone that sort of deal ;-)
