In case some of that wheel is still left, how about this:

1/2 head "fancy" cabbage
caraway seeds
provalone cheese
phyllo pastry
lotsa butter (sweet is best)

Shred, then blanch about 1/2 head of cabbage -- ideally bok choy or
some sort of curly cabbage. After blanching, shock in cold water and
pat dry. Cut sheets of phyllo dough to roughly 12 x 12, melt butter,
and slather, er, brush on phyllo dough. Make 4 nice stacks of 4 or 5
sheets of well-buttered phyllo. Then, in the middle of each one put a
"nest" of cabbage, several nice chunks of provalone, a smidge of
caraway seeds, then more cabbage. Fold the phyllo over, over, and
then the long ends in so it makes sort of a packet. Cook on the stove
in a skillet roughly 3 minutes per side over low flame. The cheese
will be all melty and goopy while the phyllo will be fairly crispy...
yuuuum.
