heather is back from surgery.  they changed plans and did it under local, so
she has less recovery time (albeit she is grumpy about having skipped food
for nothing <grin>)

naturally she is still in need of some serious long term recovery... and
soft food.
please do keep her in your prayers or workings for a speedy recovery.
also, any low carb soup recipes would be very apreciated.
