If you lived anywhere near Austin, I'd be more than happy to make you some 
of my southern fried catfish nuggets (really spicy!) with spiced fries with 
sour cream and cheese on them and cornbread on the side. All homemade of 
course! And it would give my husband yet another wonderful reason to be able 
to have it, it's his favorite meal.
