[Sca-cooks]2 - medieval herb garden

I finally have the piece of land I want to use for my herb garden mostly 
clear.  And I was at the Kutztown Pennsylvania Dutch Festival yesterday, which had 
a number of people selling potted herbs in wonderful shape.  Unfortuantely, I 
couldn't buy any.

You see, the plot in question is bordered by our current deck, which is 
falling down.  Sometime in the next couple of weeks, it is going to be demolished 
and replaced.  Which means the construction people will be walking all over 
that part of the garden.

Harrumph.
