Sorry, you're right. Redon uses the abbreviation "Ma 147". Elsewhere
he identifies this source as Martino. Probably somebody made this
error early on and between inaccurate webbed attribution and people
passing it along (and assuming "Ma" stood for "Managier"), a lot of
people attribute the recipe to Le Menagier.
