The cafeteria at Gulf Wars is mundane - typical southern food, sandwiches, 
fried chicken, etc. with a sit down inside eating place. They also run a small 
hot dog, chip, drink concession stand similar to ones found at ball parks. 
The food merchants vary. They have "period-like " food. One is Middle 
Eastern, with gyros and hummus, etc. Another is more like a tavern with heavy 
appitizers. Another is a combination tavern-eatery with fried chicken, beef,  and 
vegetable pies. I seem to remember that others were there but did not actually 
visit them. You order food at a counter at all of them and then there is limited 
seating. Ale, ciders and lemonades were available. All of the food could be 
eaten while shopping or wandering. Other merchants might have a few baked goods 
or even commercial goods and cold canned drinks mixed in with their 
merchandise.
