[Sca-cooks] To the Kings Taste Question

Got this for my birthday.  Was curious how correct it is.  It is a 1975
Copywrite and Written by Lorna J Sass.  Done by the Metropolitan Museum
of Art.  I know the title but then again those cookbooks by Apicius that
I had on CD I discovered were not 100% accurate. So Now I ask.  This
seems to be in very good condition.  Funniest thing is that mom bought 2
one good condition and one not so good but usable. Anyone just recently
sell of some of their copies? LOL
